Enter as a team - you get to ride with your pals and it costs less!
Gather up at least 10 friends or workmates and start a team to qualify for the team price. All teams must be pre-registered before entries can be received either online or in hard copy. Simply fill out the form. The "fine print" is listed below.

Team Uniforms

General team entries:
I-Teams are where individuals enter as part of a team and pay for their own entry and options.
The Boss is paying. The Boss pays for all entry fees (one pay point) but individuals pay for all other options themselves.
NB - If you are a member of either of these types of teams, you won't be able to enter until your Team is registered and your Team Captain has advised you of the process.
Packages
Marquee Packages - only 6 available. Do you have a large group from your company and want a simple solution to keep you all together at the finish site? Marquee Packages include a finish site marquee with food and cold drinks for 20 people.
Cost: $1,700.00 inc GST

Packages start at 20 people and can be extended in units of 10 (catering per head is not available). Each extension of 10 costs $700 inc GST. Purchase your ride entries as a team.
The "fine print"
Teams
A team must have at least 10 adult riders to qualify. If by the team closing date there are less than 10 riders in the team then all the entries in the team will be suspended until additional members are entered or the price difference of $10 per entry is paid (unless a team member is also a BQ member).
Rider entry kits for team entries will not be issued until all payment matters are finalised.
Additional fine print for The Boss is paying teams:
Entries close at 12noon on Tuesday 25 March.
A dedicated website address will be sent to the team captain for distribution to team members for entry.
Full payment must be received by Friday 28 March or all the entries in the team will be cancelled. Bicycle Queensland will send a single tax invoice to the team captain on Tuesday 25 March.
Registered team members will be periodically checked with the team captain.
Marquee Packages
Bicycle Queensland will send a single tax invoice on 25 March for full payment by Friday 28 March.
Package includes:
Catering served from 9am for the specified group number (multiples of 10) at finish including disposable eating implements
Cold drinks (typically bottled water, sports drinks and juice) - 2.5 items per guest
Marquee with tables (1 per 10 people) and chairs (1 per person)
Able to erect a sign (on the marquee only) displaying company name and/or logo (supplied & erected on the day by the company)
