| 7/02/12 - | South Brisbane Station | Stage two works commence at South Brisbane stationFollowing the completion of stage one of the renovation and refurbishment of the heritage listed South Brisbane station, the next stage of works began this week. The focus for stage two is the exterior of the station with landscaping of the Grey Street plaza and installation of new signage, paving, seating, security cameras and other amenities. Customers will also notice the ongoing restoration of the station’s masonry, both on the platforms and the exterior of the building. This delicate and painstaking work will continue on site for several months after the landscaping is complete.
