I have been volunteer president of BQ for the last 7 years. In my working life, I am a Psychologist and manager of a statewide health service. My skills, background and work experience have helped in keeping BQ advancing. BQ is arguably the fastest growing cycling organisation in Australia in terms of membership, events and advocacy growth.

During my presidency BQ has remained a stable and effective organisation in a time of significant growth and increasing demands on the staff. BQ's development has been achieved by successful and well patronised events, considered and mature advocacy, and a flourishing membership. I hope to continue to be part of, and contribute to, the success of BQ and add value with my professional skills and demonstrated experience.

If re-elected, I will diligently manage BQ to ensure organisational stability and continued growth of cycling in Queensland. I promise to do my best to ensure the continued success of the organisation.
